EUROMECH Solid Mechanics Prize and Fellows 2025

Solid Mechanics Prize 2022 is awarded to Vikram Deshpande (Cambridge University, UK)  and Gerhard Holzapfel (TUGraz, Austria)

Newly elected Solid Mechanics Fellows 2025 are:
Peter McHugh (University of Galway, Ireland)
Jean-François Molinari (EPFL, Switzerland)
Ron H.J. Peerlings (TU Eindhoven, The Netherlands)
Elio Sacco (University of Naples, Italy)

The Solids Prize and the fellowships will be awarded in a special award session of the 12^th European Solid Mechanics Conference, to be held 7-11 July 2025 in Lyon (France). At this occasion, the Prize recipient will deliver the Solid Mechanics Prize Lecture.
