The colloquium is intended to present active research in this important field to allow discussion about problems of current interest to the community and to foster future cooperations. Hence, the colloquium will be specialised in content, small in size and of informal character. We envision a number of participants between 40 and 60. We also emphasize the informal style of the colloquium to provide a platform for unfinished work and discussion of open problems.
