This colloquium aims to bring together leading experts from the fields of Fluid Dynamics, Aeroacoustics, Thermodynamics, and Metamaterials and provide a platform for boosting collaborations and developing novel metamaterial solutions. The central theme is thus metamaterials for controlling thermal, acoustic, and fluid flows through solid-fluid interactions and fine-tuned properties. The scientific focus is on

(1) elastic and acoustic wave control,

(2) manufacturing methods and metamaterials characterization,

(3) aeroacoustics and fluid flows, and

(4) metamaterial devices.

The special feature of this event is stimulating industrial interest in metamaterials through networking activities with companies representatives. We appreciate the participation of early-career researchers and pay attention to gender balance.
